Constituent Services

Our office is committed to helping constituents on a range of issues and concerns. As your provincial advocates, we are empowered to assist on in areas such as as healthcare, education, Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP), Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), Ontario Works (OW), small business issues, housing and much more. Please note that at times we may refer you to other levels of government (federal or municipal) because they have authority on certain issues that we do not (for example, immigration). Never worry, however: if we can’t help you ourselves we will point you in the right direction.

We will always do our best to assist you and be accessible in a format that works best for you – over the phone, by email, virtually, or in person.

Concerns around housing are becoming increasingly common, and it’s not unusual to find that both landlords and tenants need help. To address some of the most common questions and concerns, our office has prepared some guidance outlining rights, responsibilities and supports for you to access. These can be found below:

It’s difficult starting a business under the best of circumstances, and events over the last few years have only made this more difficult. We can help you navigate a range of regulatory and administrative issues. One of the newest challenges for businesses to navigate has been reviving their corporations if they’ve missed the deadline to renew it which requires introduction of a private bill in the legislature. Please reach out to us if we can help with this or any other issue.
